Ali has recently joined Jane Weir and the CVS team to support hosts and their guests involved in the Homes for Ukraine Programme.
She has worked with young people and families in the community for the past 20 years and has run employability and financial literacy courses throughout Teignbridge, as well as working with various community organisations to support people back into education, training or employment.
Ali is a qualified adult education tutor and has done a level 3 award in counselling skills.
Ali spent several years travelling around the world until she settled back in glorious Devon some 25 years ago where she enjoys a quiet life with her 2 dogs that she enjoys walking in the countryside or the beach. Reading, Pilates, Yoga and swimming in the sea are also amongst her hobbies.
