Group Learning (In person)
Our 8 week in person group courses are designed for those that want to become more active, reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.
Committing to half a day a week, you’ll gain tools to integrate movement into your daily routine, manage stress and adopt a positive mindset. Each session will cover a different topic and you will have the opportunity to connect with others, try something new, challenge yourself and set realistic goals for lasting change.
This course is ideal if you would like to have the support of a group and it will help build a sense of community and connection as you share your experiences together
*This course is suitable for those that are 50+ and can commit to half a day a week for 8 weeks with one or more long-term health conditions

Professional Development Training (online)
This 12-module online course is designed for those working or volunteering with older people, such as health and care staff, wellbeing coordinators, social prescribers, community workers and carers.
The course covers key topics such as aging, mental health, emotional wellbeing, and sctivity-based motivation, helping you to understand the challenges older people face and how to address them. You’ll learn practical strategies to encourage engagement, promote physical and mental wellbeing, and build strong relationships with older adults.
In additon to the flexible online modules, bespoke group sessions offer hands-on support tailored to your role.

Self Directed Peer Learning (Online)
This 12-part online course offers flexible learning, you can work at your own pace and explore a range of topics designed to support your overall health and wellbeing, including tips for being more active, strategies for relaxation, eating well and resting well.
This course will help you build a healthy lifestyle and set realistic goals that fir with your everyday life.
As you progress through the course, you’ll also have the option to connect with a small group of peers, sharing experiences and learning together.
*This course is suitable for those 50+ with 1 or more long-term health conditions

Coached Course (Online)
This 10-part online course offers flexibility to learn at your own pace whilst also providing opportunities to connect with others.
Guided by your wellbeing coach, this course covers a range of themes to support you in staying active, eating well, resting, relaxing and living well. All in ways that slign with your personal goals and lifestyle.
You’ll have the chance to share your progress and learning with a supportive group, and the flexibility to start each module when you are ready. The course also offers the support of an online coach.
