What is Community Connecting?
Community Connecting is a really simple idea. At some point in life all of us will require a little extra support or help but we may not always know where or who to go for this. Community Connecting is an opportunity for anyone in the community to know how, and feel confident in signposting individuals to support. Whether you’re a taxi driver, hairdresser, shop owner/staff member, or simply anyone that interacts with members of the public frequently, you may be able to spot someone that may need a little extra support. Being part of Community Connecting will give you the skills and knowledge needed to signpost those people to the right support.

The Hubs
The Hubs are places that individuals can seek support or find out who may be the most appropriate organisation to help. As the project grows, we hope more and more hubs will become a part of Community Connecting. If you are interested in becoming a hub or want to discuss more about what Community Connecting is then please contact us
