The South Local Care Partnership Population Health Steering Group have announced a new funding application which opens 20 October 2023. The fund is to support partners in the locality and LCP with capacity and capability to understand the barriers and challenges people experience. Within the South locality they want to improve the health and wellbeing of the people who are marginalised or who experience the worst heath inequalities. Funding is available for the 2023/24 financial year.

A webinar will be held 9.30am – 10.30am, 1 November 2023 to provide opportunity to hear more about the fund and to ask questions about the application process.
