Jenn started as a hospital discharge support worker in February 2024 based at Torbay hospital. Working alongside Claire Dannatt,
Jenn works with patients and their carers and families to explore how voluntary and community services can help to maximise their wellbeing once discharged from hospital.
Jenn has a degree in Health and Social Care Management and previously worked as a Social Care Assessor within Devon County Council.
Outside of work Jenn is a qualified gymnastics coach and enjoys spending time with her family.
