Voluntary Sector Representation in Teignbridge

The voluntary and community sector have the right to contribute to discussion and decision-making in those policies and initiatives that impact both in Teignbridge and in the County. One of the main ways of doing this is through partnerships of organisations with an interest in the development of their area. These often focus on themes such as: Healthier and Stronger Communities, Children, Safer Devon, Environment, Housing and Economy.

Teignbridge CVS use the DeVA Voluntary Voice process which aims to develop the voice of the voluntary/community sector in decision-making on local and countywide issues

We also aim to ensure the Voluntary and Community Sector in Teignbridge is aware of, and is enabled to contribute to, consultation opportunities both locally, county-wide and nationally.

Having Your Voice Heard in Live Consultations
