This event is aimed at Ashburton organisations and we would really like to take the opportunity to promote your volunteering opportunities and get local people involved.  Also we offer local people and organisations the opportunity to find out more about the free support the CVS can offer and to this end, we have hired the Town Hall in Ashburton for the morning of Saturday 25^th May 2013 from 10am to 1pm.

In addition to the information event we are hoping to have a generic volunteering banner from one of the buildings, also a press release and hopefully a photo opportunity with all of you to promote your organisations.

To attend the event, please let us know ASAP, you can either book a table to have a stall or just make sure that we have all your volunteering opportunities registered with us so that we can advertise them.
