DACVS - Devon Association of CVS

Formed in 2004, DACVS is the partnership of Devon CVSs aiming to support the voluntary and community sector (VCS) develop and improve its contribution to the lives of citizens in the Devon sub-region. The Partnership adopts the working principle of 'local focus, county voice.'  This recognises the value and benefits of developing common policy positions at a strategic level while retaining local identity and meeting the diverse needs of the sub-region through local delivery.  www.dacvs.org.uk

T.S.P. - Teignbridge Strategic Partnership

DEVON CONSORTIUM

The Devon Consortium was formed in January 2005 to provide a body with the skills, expertise, authority and mandate to work for and in partnership with the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) in Devon.   The Consortium is made up of the Devon Association of Councils for Voluntary Service (DACVS) and of organisations representing Young People, Older People, Diversity, Health, Rural, Environment, Volunteering, Black & Minority Ethnic Groups, Faith Groups and Disability Groups.
